“Effepi’s Mon Ltd” technical staff, being regional representative of the Panamanian recognized organization named “ISTHMUS BUREAU OF SHIPPING S.A” duly authorized by the Government of Panama, has been entrusted on his behalf, to revise plans, to approve calculations and booklets, to carry out Statutory surveys to all Panamanian Flagged vessels, as well as to issue interim and permanent Statutory Certificates, to carry out audits and issue relevant ISM Code certification, and to perform the evaluation and verification of ship security plans, in accordance with the various conventions, on behalf of the following flag administrations that have delegated this authority to ClassIBS:

• Maritime Authority of Jamaica (MAJ)
• General Directorate of the Merchant Marine of Honduras Maritime Administration
• The Bolivian International Registry of Ships (RIBB)
• Maritime Administration of the Republic of Moldova
• The Vanuatu International Ship Registry
• Tanzania Zanzibar International Register of Shipping (TZIRS)
